Her professional experience highlights her ability to develop and implement projects, manage grants, develop effective monitoring and evaluation systems, plan and facilitate training, workshops and panel discussions, and collaborate with international partners.Ayat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s in International Peace, Conflict, and Development Studies and working on her PhD thesis on Cyber violence against women. She has also completed numerous certificates and training courses related to peacebuilding, humanitarian aid, and digital technology. She is proficient in various project management and communication tools and speaks multiple languages, including Arabic, English, Spanish, and Italian.Ayat has been working with CYN since 2018.
